Access Listing Creation:
Click on the hamburger icon located in the upper left corner of the Stayamo website. From the dropdown menu, select “+ Add Listing.”

Basic Property Details:
Begin by entering basic details about the property, including its name, description, property type (e.g., house or hotel), and a link to the property’s listing on Airbnb, VRBO, or the hotel’s website. Ensure the provided link directs users to the page displaying the property’s calendar and availability to prevent booking conflicts.
Property Amenities & Capacity:
Select from a range of amenities tailored to Stayamo, focusing on amenities that enhance the content creation process or make the Creator’s visit more convenient. Additionally, specify the capacity of the property, such as the number of guests allowed and whether the accommodation is shared with other guests or the host.
Location:
Provide the property’s location by specifying the town it is located within. Stayamo does not require the exact address for privacy and security reasons. However, Hosts can share the precise address with Creators during collaboration negotiations.
Pricing:
Input a deposit and cleaning fee, if desired. The deposit is refundable and returned to the Creator upon delivery of agreed-upon content. A cleaning fee ensures transparency and covers cleaning costs after the collaboration. All funds are collected offline from Stayamo. If charging a cleaning fee, Hosts can recommend booking through platforms like Airbnb for insurance coverage and to charge the cleaning fee.
Availability:
Stayamo does not provide a calendar service. Hosts should share their availability preference, such as hosting on weekdays or weekends. Hosts can link to their booking website or listing on Airbnb, allowing Creators to check availability before collaboration inquiries.
Photos and Videos:
Add a series of photos (around 10 recommended) showcasing the property’s features and amenities. Hosts can also upload videos to enhance the listing. High-quality visuals attract Creators and provide a clear representation of the property.
